Legal identity

The Foundation publishes only its verified legal name, entity type, corporation number, and incorporation date. Other legal, tax, personnel, location, or asset information requires verification before update.

Status and evidence boundaries

Verified facts: information that can be checked against formal registration, original records, or applicable review materials; the scope of the source is disclosed with the fact.

Theoretical hypotheses: propositions used to frame testable questions; they are not research findings or demonstrated real-world effects.

Research plans: proposed methods, measures, governance, and stopping conditions; a plan does not mean the research has been implemented.

In progress: only the approved stage is being carried out; activity, observations, or preliminary data do not automatically establish effectiveness.

Paused / awaiting validation: work is paused or held for validation because of evidence gaps, resources, ethics or safety gates, or review needs; it must not be presented as an achieved result.

Research ethics

Research involving people, children, health information, biological materials, or possible physical or psychological risk requires applicable independent ethics and safety review before implementation, with withdrawal, stopping, and adverse-event procedures.

Privacy

Data handling follows purpose limitation, minimum necessity, explicit authorization, access control, retention limits, correction, and withdrawal; personal information is not collected without a defined research or collaboration need.

Conflicts of interest

Relevant interests of reviewers, researchers, partners, and resource decision-makers should be disclosed before decisions; recusal, added independent review, or stopping may be required.

Funding principles

Funding-related work follows use limitation, staged approval, record retention, conflict control, and outcome reporting. Current content is not a solicitation, publishes no unverified amount, and promises neither principal, returns, nor project success.

Complaints and corrections

Concerns about identity, evidence, ethics, privacy, conflicts, fund use, or public content should be recorded, triaged, reviewed, and answered. Confirmed errors are corrected with a retained revision note.
