Verified progress

Currently verified content is limited to the Foundation's legal name, entity type, corporation number, incorporation date, and the program problems, hypotheses, protocol statuses, and last-review dates recorded in this catalog.

The catalog does not claim personnel, sites, equipment, samples, funding scale, partnerships, research data, outputs, or efficacy.

Status changes

Status changes only after the applicable evidence, ethics, safety, and governance gates are completed. A change record should include date, prior status, new status, basis, unresolved gaps, and stopping conditions.

Revision record

Each program publishes its last-review date. Material changes to names, problems, hypotheses, measures, evidence judgments, or boundaries should retain the reason and superseded wording.

Evidence access

Programs use seven evidence labels: theory source, testable hypothesis, research protocol, observation record, pilot data, peer-reviewed evidence, and translational output. Material enters a category only when it exists and has completed applicable review.
