Problem

Cell signaling and autonomic activity have complex bidirectional relationships, but specific mechanisms, direction, and conditions can be obscured by correlational narratives.

Research question

Within a defined experimental model and temporal sequence, does a specified cellular-pathway change cause a repeatable change in an autonomic-related measure?

Testable hypothesis

The following is a testable proposition, not an established result.

Intervention on a prespecified cellular pathway will change the primary autonomic-related measure in the predicted direction and persist in controls and replications; one null or opposite-direction result is not decisive, and prespecified thresholds plus repeated experiments determine whether evidence supports progression or triggers stopping or revision.

Method
